We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, we kindly request you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service, you will be charged half of the scheduled service price. This policy is in place to ensure that our stylists' time is valued and to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy.
